The hotel

How far is the beach hotel?

Hotel Olympus is a 10-minute walk from the Poniente Beach.

Do you have a pool? A small pool in our rooftop and another large for adults and children in front of the hotel, shared with our sister hotel, the Sun and Shadow.

Do you have parking? Is it paid?

Yes, we have parking at a cost of 15€ per day. Places are limited and on the basis of availability, they cannot be booked in advance. You can order it at reception on arrival.

Is it easy to park on the street?

According to the time of the year. There is free parking nearby (see the parking lot of the Polideportivo Foyetes) but it is usually filled in the most demanded days. The adjacent hotel is only for residents, keep it in mind!

How far is it from the centre of Benidorm?

The Hotel Cuco is in a quiet but not apart. In just 5 minutes walking you will find busy streets and full of shops.

Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?

Yes, and it is also free. Both in common areas and in the rooms.

Do you have a restaurant? You can enjoy the 3 meals of the day for very little more if you hire the Complete Pension. We also include drinks at lunch and dinner.

Rooms

Do you have family rooms?

Our rooms have a maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

What facilities do the rooms have?

TV, Air conditioning in summer and heating in winter, optional safe, full bathroom with hairdryer, desk, fridge (under availability), telephone and a large wardrobe.

How high are there rooms?

The hotel has 4 floors.

Do you have sea views?

No, although Hotel Cuco is very close to the beach, it is not on the front line.

Do you have outdoor views or terrace?

You have two types of room available: the Basic does not have exterior views and the Superior or Junior Suites does. The Junior Suite Premium has the pool. You can choose your favorite room during the booking.

How are beds distributed?

The allocation of beds is subject to the occupation and availability of the hotel. The rooms for two people usually have a double bed. For larger groups, we add extra beds or an additional double bed. If you have any specific requirements, please contact Reception via telephone at a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

What time does the cleaning service have?

The cleaning of rooms is done daily in the mornings.

Restaurant

What restaurant format do you have?

We have a free buffet service with a great selection of recipes to choose from. In addition, we include a drink-free bar during lunch and dinner at no additional cost at lunch or dinner. Check the drinks below.

Is there breakfast included?

Your stay already includes the default breakfast. If you prefer to forget to find where to eat, you can improve your reservation at Media Pensión (suming dinner) or at Full Pension (with lunch and dinner included) for a minimum supplement.

What timetable do you have?

Our schedules are subject to adjustments according to the time of the year or the chosen establishment. For your convenience, we recommend you to contact us by e-mail or telephone; we will be happy to confirm the exact hours that will apply during your rest days.

What are the basis of the Complete Pensión and Media Pensión?

With the Complete Pensión, you will have covered the three main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). If you prefer an intermediate point, the Media Pensión combines breakfast with dinner service.

Are the drinks included during lunch and dinner?

Yes, we include refill grauito of drinks for: red and white wine, summer dye, water, water with gas, soft drinks, juices and beer with self-service taps.

Do you have special menus for celiacs or intolerants?

We have the support and certification of ACECOVA in all our hotels, where we offer a selection of more than 60 gluten-free dishes. For your peace of mind, our team receives specialized training to customize each service, always guaranteeing the highest standards of food security. Let us know at the reception and well prepare everything.

If Im not going to be in the hotel during any of the meals, do I lose them?

No problem! You can apply for a substitute picnic at reception to take your food. We only ask you to contact us before 19:00 on the previous day so that our kitchen equipment can have it ready in time.
